French website JeuxVideo writes:

"Microsoft said it last week, several games will be deleted from Xbox Live Arcade. Those games must meet the following rules:
1- to be more than 6-months-old;
2- to be downloaded by less than 6% of the gamers after that 6-months period;
3- to have a score below 65% on Metacritic;

After peeling the list, the American manufacturer is able to give a first list of titles that will disappear from the download service in a few months."
